RESERVATION POLICIES

Arrival & Departure

We guarantee your room to be ready at 4:00 pm the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you plan to arrive prior to 4:00 pm, please notify the Concierge.

Cancellations

Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $100.00 nonrefundable administration fee. If your reservation is cancelled between 29 – 15 days of arrival, we will gladly move your full deposit to new dates from one year of your original arrival date, based on availability. If your reservation is cancelled inside 15 days of arrival, half of your original deposit will be forfeited, and the remainder of your deposit will be moved to your new reservation dates that must fall within one year of your original arrival date.

Please note that cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date will result in a full refund of the event activity fee. Cancellations made within 29 days of the event date will result in a forfeiture of the event activity fee.

If an event is rescheduled due to weather, reservations will be transferred to the changed date for that event. If you are unable to attend, reservations can be used for a different date. Refunds are not available due to our small size.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed in the Cottages.

Smoking Policy

Andiamo Lodge is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in any indoor areas, including guest rooms and common areas.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates used for reservations adhere to the same policies as traditional reservations. Gift certificates for Andiamo Lodge do not expire, and they are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
