Whether you're a passionate home baker or just "knead" a new skill, this workshop is designed to elevate your craft through expert techniques, hands-on practice, and delicious inspiration.

- Lamination techniques 
- Dough shaping and proving 
- Working with enriched doughs 
- Flour types and hydration levels

- Farmhouse loaves 
- Bagels 
- Croissants 
- Pizza dough 
- Focaccia

- Crumpets
