The evening begins with Senior Food Editor Josh Miller, who will demonstrate his grandmother’s cherished recipe for cheese straws—crispy, cheesy, salty, and just the right amount of spice. Guests will enjoy them hot from the oven as the opening bite of the night, and everyone will leave with a batch to savor at home.
Dinner that evening will be crafted by our very own Steve Carpenter (affectionately known as Crabby Steve), who will showcase a menu brimming with fresh, seasonal seafood and Andiamo Lodge flair.
